Bred by the Woodlander Stud, Dexter was successful young horse and competed up to Elementary level but proved to be a challenging ride, often throwing his toys out of the pram if he felt under-confident or over challenged! Since finding his way to Nick, he has changed almost beyond recognition. Sadly in the Autumn of 2021 Nick and Mark made the decision to retire Dexter after series of muscular skeletal issues and he is now happily retired in the field in the herd here at Corvedale Equestrian. Dexter had some great successes in the dressage arena with his most notable achievement; winning the Medium Freestyle to Music at the winter regionals 2021.
