When Mrs Webb first set eyes on this flamboyant young colt on social media, the plane tickets were booked to take the trip to meet him. Purchased from Yeguada Vinyet in July 2022 he was then only 2 years old. The imposing colt with is elastic paces and kind temperament was a great edition to Mrs Webbs Stud Verde PRE. On his arrival to the UK Pi spent his first 2 years in the lush green surroundings of the Verde PRE stud to be given the time to mature and grow into his huge frame.
In the autumn of 2024 he was graded at the annual BAPSH grading day with great comments from the vet. He really is going to be a great addition the British PRE breeders in the country. Pi has now started his training under saddle and will spend the winter and spring developing the strength to support his huge frame and expressive movement. He has already proved himself to be of great quality and posses all the requirements of a great Dressage horse.
He already has a great bond with Mark, who will partner this black beauty in his competition career and we are all super excited to see them between the boards later in 2025.
