Maia originally arrived here at Corvedale in the pursuit of her new home as she had grown too big for her Lady owner, who had originally purchased her from a stud as a weanling. Growing up in the Shropshire countryside and being adored by the Jones family, it was a special home they were looking for this talented mare. As Nick started to develop a relationship with Maia it was quite evident that Maia had herself chosen where she wanted to stay. She now resides within our main herd. Maia is a very modern type with three very elastic paces and the team here at Corvedale have spent the time developing Maias strength, at only six years old we don’t want to rush her. She qualified in a few outings for the summer regional championships with scores of up to 77%. Maia has also qualified for the 2025 winter regional championships at prelim, Novice and Novice Freestyle to Music. Keep an eye out for what this talented duo have in store for 2025!
