Thor, the already licensed stallion was sourced on a shopping trip with the Webb family in Spain During July 2022, when we travelled to Yeguada Vinyet to view the then 2 year old Vendaval MR. Thor was captivating, substantial in size with the power to match and who couldn’t resist those flowing golden locks. He was never purchased on the original trip, but after returning and contemplating his owners made the choice to bite the bullet and secured him.
He arrived here at Corvedale in late September and since we have spent some time solidifying a relationship with him. He is super trainable and loves his work and now that he is stronger and more confident in the arena the plan will be to start his competition career throughout 2025 with Nick as his rider. We are all very excited to see what he makes of the world, one thing is for certain he is going to stop people in their tracks.
